a. Unused and Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
b. Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 7 days return would not be accepted on any condition.
c. Exclusions: Certain products, such as personalized items, perishable goods, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
- How to Initiate a Return

c. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item(s) reach us safely.
- Refund Process
a. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect the product(s) to verify their eligibility for a refund.
b. Refund Notification: Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 20 working days.
- Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@woofcuties.com. We will provide you with a return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
- Cancellation Policy
a. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us at support@woofcuties.com with your order number to request a cancellation.

- Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item following the process outlined in this policy and place a new order for the desired item.
