a. Unused and Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

b. Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 7 days return would not accepted.

c. Exclusions: Certain products, such as personalized items, perishable goods, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
